Crick Fix

I’m still looking for where I found the “Crick Fixes”.  I think I read about them in Yoga Journal.  I don’t remember how I found it but I am happy I did.  If you have a stiff neck this is a goody for you.  Roll your mat up, lie on the floor with your knees bent.  Use the mat like a bolster under your neck.   The weight of my head is usually enough to give a gentle stretch to my neck.  For a deeper stretch, gently rest your palms on your forehead.  The super new way to use your mat and fix that crick!
