Day 2 of the Challenge is the goody I speak of. Kate Holcombe gives some good morning moves that gently stretch and awaken you. The sequence starts with breath and arm movement. You would be surprised how much warmth the body can build with simple arm movement. It makes perfect sense that the next thing to follow is sun salutation. A sun salutation made easy. Downward Dog, some cat/cow with child pose, this is a good routine to add to your regimen. What makes this special for January is the crocus pose. Crocus is what I have named the last posture in the sequence. Like a crocus blooming thru the winter snow.
