5 Reasons not to skip class on this freezing cold, gloomy evening:

  • circulation- Yoga improves circulation, most cases of cold feet and toes are caused by poor circulation.
  • stretch – Work out kinks brought on by sleeping to tightly.
  • fight cabin fever – Get out, yoga is social.
  • sleep soundly- Go to class today, sleep better tonight (literally and figuratively)
  • stay regular- Yoga is about discipline, keep up your regimen. Don’t sleep in and skip class.  It also helps digestion.
